Five E-com Center is the third installment of a five-structure business hub in the Mall of Asia complex. The 15-level building is designed by Miami-based firm Arquitectonica, with FS Lim & Associates as the local architect. SM Prime completed the project by the fourth quarter of 2014. Five ECom will have a gross floor area (GFA) of over 145,000 sqm and an estimated gross leasable area (GLA) of 97,000 sqm. It will have a mixed-use component on its fourth level podium.
